Netrova Solutions has partnered with 3CX, a software based IP PBX for Windows, to offer a complete Voice over IP solution for Small and Mid sized businesses. With the addition of Voice services, Netrova Solutions offers a truly integrated network combining Voice and Data. Unlike most VoIP systems, 3CX is entirely software based so we can manage it like any other server on the network, which results in less management, reduced costs, and better service.

Netrova Solutions is also an established IT support provider, which means VoIP customers will have access to the same support structure we use to manage our customers on a daily basis. What does this mean exactly? It means when something is not working as you want it, we’ll get it taken care of immediately. Most VoIP providers focus only on the project and then quickly move on to the next deployment. We focus on the relationship, providing deployment but then integrating our customers into a proven support process that is both efficient and effective.
